Are you guys ready to show your team pride? Football season is now in full swing, and we love spotting all the teams debuting new uniforms for game day!

This season, the 2 time [NDA](http://nda.varsity.com/) national champions, the [University of Minnesota- Duluth (UMD) Dance Team](https://www.facebook.com/University-of-Minnesota-Duluth-Dance-Team-227900880587165/timeline/) are sporting a spectacular new top on the sidelines. The ladies took a [classic mock neck crop](http://thelineupstore.com/200-Crop-Long-Sleeve) and customized it for their team by changing the colors and adding adding lettering!

 

The UMD dance team is a perfect example of the classic quote: "Teamwork makes dreamwork." This team doesn't have a coach, but is instead run by the dancers themselves! It's "a group collaboration and all about teamwork!" captain Lexi says. It is so impressive to have a group that is so successful and relies solely on *each other* for leadership. That is the definition of teamwork, people!
