Contest details: The #OwnTheSpotlight Contest is open only to those who follow @thelineup on Instagram, use the hashtag #ownthespotlight in their caption, and tag @thelineup in their Instagram feed picture, the picture of which features the individual or their team wearing a costume made by The Line Up. There is no limit on submissions. Instagram stories are not valid entries for the contest. Entries will be accepted from February 6th, 2020 and ending March 9th, 2020.
By entering this contest you and anyone featured in the entry agree that The Line Up may use the entry for any marketing materials. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Line Up. By tagging #OwnTheSpotlight, you represent that the photos and videos you post to the contest are your own original creation and are not the property of any other party. You grant authority and consent to The Line Up to record and publish your name, likeness, statements, photographs, and/or video (“Material”) and give right to circulate, publish, distribute, show, play, or otherwise display the Material you submit.
The Line Up will choose one winner and two runners up and announce them on Instagram. The winner will receive a $500 Line Up gift card, a feature on The Line Up’s homepage, blog, social media and email. Both runners up will receive a $100 Line Up gift card, a feature on The Line Up’s homepage, blog, social media and email. If an individual enters the contest featuring a team the prize will be given to the team featured in the post. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
