The Nationals Synchronized Skating Competition is being hosted in our home town of Minneapolis. The event is at the University of Minnesota, Mariucci Arena from March 3-6, 2010.

Heather Karberg, Director of the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders, did an outstanding job of organizing the NFL Director's Conference on Monday and Tuesday of this week! The accommodations were wonderful, held in a charming remodeled 1950's hotel. Thank you Heather; it was obvious you put a lot of hard work into making this a successful and enjoyable event for everyone!

Last week Evan Lysacek won gold wearing one of Vera Wang's designs. As a former skater, Vera Wang has created designs for Olympians Michelle Kwan and Nancy Kerrigan. This is the first time her design has won a gold.

Today we had a photo shoot at Steve Lucas' Photography Studio. It was a thrill taking pictures of the St. Thomas Dance Team. Alysia Ulfers and her team showed off their winning trophy as UDA Collegiate Champions.
