Happy Throwback Thursday!

The Line Up wishes you an enjoyable Thanksgiving! We will be closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 so that our employees can spend this holiday time with their families.

On last night's episode of Abby’s Ultimate Dance Challenge, dancer Trinity, who is in the top 5, was spotted wearing the 420-160 top from The Line Up!

This beautiful costume was worn by Totino Grace E'Gals Dance Team this past year. We have created custom costumes for the E'Gals for many, many years and love bringing their vision to life!

Yesterday Megan, Melissa and Deb arrived in Chicago for the unveiling of the new Luvabulls Dance Team. Michelle Harris, former Director of Entertainment for the New York Knicks is back in her home town of Chicago as Director of Entertainment with the Chicago Bulls. The new uniforms worn by the team will be debuted tonight at Studio Paris.

We're still unpacking the boxes, hanging the pictures, and creating the displays, but here is a sneak peek into our new office space.

Deb and Noah flew from the NFL Directors Conference to meet Melissa at the 2013 Synchronized Skating Nationals in Plymouth Charter Township, Michigan. Teams from all over the country took the ice and it was so much fun watching TLU garments in action! Thanks to all the coaches, skaters and parents who stopped by our booth. We were so happy to be a part of the weekend!

We love any audition season, and NBA is definitely a favorite! We caught a fun photo of some garments being made!

We recently lost all of our blog postings from the end of August through Thanksgiving. We are working to gather the information and repost many of them. After 80 years of gracing us with his presence, last week my dad moved on to a better place. Vern Swanson spent 40 years of his career selling Oscar Mayer products. This included selling and eating lots of hot dogs! As a kid I had the privilege of watching him service customers and seeing him work. He showed me what it takes to be successful. Prior to retiring in 1983, he received a national sales award for selling millions of pounds of low fat turkey products. This included a trip to the Super Bowl in 1983, where he had his photo taken with the famous Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Who would have thought that someday his daughter would be adding 'glam' to uniforms NFL Cheerleaders?
