Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes as an NBA team gets ready to reveal their new season of dancers? At the end of last month, owner Deb and one of our fantastic account managers, Megan, got a sneak peek when they traveled to the windy city of Chicago to fit the the Chicago Bulls dancers, the “Luvabulls”. Their newest uniform was debuted during their photo shoot while Megan and Deb were busy measuring and sizing everyone.
In celebration of our 25th Anniversary, we were proud to launch our office dance party video last week! Three months of meticulous coordination - everything from choreography and costumes to transitions and placement - led up to only ONE day of rehearsal and filming. 125 dancers, 40 staff, and one giant dance party...in ONE-TAKE. Boom. Wondering how it all came about? Here's a look behind the scenes of that day!

There are SO many factors a coach needs to keep in mind when deciding on the best uniform option for performance season: Do we want to wear these for a couple years? Is this for a special performance or other activities as well? Is the weather and temperatures a factor? Do we want our logo or just our colors? Do we add sparkle, or do we want a more sporty, athletic look?

So what is it and why can't we stop talking about it over here at The Line Up? Simply put, sublimation is an embellishment technique that allows you to print colors, designs, or logos directly onto fabric. It's a great way to create a look that is truly one-of-a-kind!
