Game Day is Finally Here!

The leaves are starting to turn, the morning is filled with crisp, cold air, and please add pumpkin flavor to EVERYTHING. For some people it just means that summer has come and gone, but for us and our customers it means GAME DAY (and autumn of course)! 

Football season is now underway for high schools and colleges, and seeing all of the gameday looks gives us all of the fuzzy fall feelings, so we decided to share some of our favorites we've seen around social!  Check out some of the best custom cheer uniforms from the  high school and college dance teams this 2016 football season!  Looking fabulous ladies (and men), as usual!

Go Huskies!

Out of Connecticut, the UConn Dance Team both supports their school as well as competes for their own glory!  At school, they rally the crowd at the University of Connecticut for the Huskie fans at football and basketball games.

On the dance competition floor, the team brings out their more technical side at the NDA National Championships. Most years, the team competes with two different routines, and in 2015 the team placed 5^th at the NDA College Nationals with an amazing hip hop routine!

We know that costume planning can be overwhelming! You want to find the perfect look for your team while still staying within budget. Sometimes staying within budget means you have to sacrifice finding a look that’s unique for your team, right? Wrong! Don’t sacrifice your style! Instead, find ways you can create your own look with existing styles by simply changing the fabric color!

A new season means new team members - Yeah!!  What are they going to wear? If you're like many teams on a budget, you're likely going to re-use last year's dance costumes, but will need to order a few more. Maybe you need a few more of a popular size. Or you just accepted more members than the year before. Either way, a good costume company will be able to help accommodate your dance costume re-order needs!

Allatoona High School in Acworth, Georgia is the proud host of the Allatoona “Hotshotz” Dance Team! 15 girls strong, this team is made up of 9^th-12^th graders and performs at several different events: football and basketball games, community events and pep rallies! “We love having the opportunity to support our school while doing something we love,” said Coach Kelly Mattingly.  

Football season is officially in full swing, and we're loving seeing all the gameday spirit on the sidelines!  This week we're taking a look at Augustana Dance Team, from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who recently acquired a crisp new gameday dress to feature their school's new logo.   The Vikettes join forces with the cheer squad to form the Augustana Spirit Squad, and perform at both football AND basketball games throughout the school year.
